DELNET has been established with the prime objective of promoting resource sharing among the libraries across the world through the development of a network of libraries.DELNET is the networks of about 6715 libraries in which 6693 member libraries in the India and 22 members are from others country. NUV-DELNET MOU offers many benefits like Reference services, Inter Library Loan, Document Delivery Services, and Institutional Promotion throughInternet. It provides access to more than one million documents, books, journals, articles, CD-ROMs, Video-Recordings, Sound Recordings etc. with locations data, maintains efficient document delivery service.

To use the service, first please check OPAC to confirm that the item you want is not available in the library collection. |

To make ILL Request, please fill-up the DELNET ILL Request Form, which is available with Library Staff and forward to the Librarian. |

Normally it takes one week to receive the material. |

The Library informs the Patron once the material has arrived. |

NUV Library provides corporate / institutional membership forSmt. Hansa Mehta Library (M.S.UniversityLibrary) Vadodara and CEPT University Library, Ahmedabad. |

All full time NUV faculty, staff and students can refer and access the library resources of Smt. Hansa Mehta Library and CEPT University Library by showing NUV photo ID card and a letter from NUV. |

There is a small fee for using Smt. Hansa Mehta Library and CEPT University Library. |

On approval from the Registrar/ Dean/Coordinator, NUV will pay for faculty, staff and students 5 times use of these libraries in a year. |

Approval of the Registrar/Dean/Coordinator is required for the Deputy Librarian to issue a letter that will give members access to these libraries. |
